Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Orders over $60 receive free shipping within Australia. Yay!

 

Can I return something I've purchased?

If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are happy to offer a store credit, exchange, or refund on an item you've purchased from us - simply contact us within 7 business days of your delivery date.

Send your return request to hello@thecosmeticfactory.com.au and we'll contact you with next steps.

The Cosmetic Factory allows returns and provides refunds under the following circumstances:

Damaged or incorrect items: If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 business days of delivery.

Please don't dispose of the item until we've had a chance to chat with you! 

The Cosmetic Factory does not provide a refund if you simply change your mind on an item, so please choose your products carefully.

Important: it is always the customer’s responsibility to review the goods received prior to their opening. Goods received, even in the event of incorrect supply, shall only be returned for re-supply or credit if the goods are unopened and in their original condition.
